Meet the team of Norm’s Roofing!
“For years we had problems with leaks around the roof membrane of our condo. We had a number of attempts to repair the problem, and when we decided to redo the entire installation and we checked around for various building contractors, Norms continuously came up as the recommended service. Norms explained very thoroughly why our current installation was faulty and how their repair would solve the problem. Craig Daniel, President
All day to day operations of the business are overseen by Craig Daniel. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree, Craig rejoined the family business. He has been in charge of operations for the past 9 years and has been working on the roof for over 20 years.
Josh Daniel, Vice President
Josh Daniel works as a project estimator and job-site foreman. Josh comes to the company with a degree in Construction Management from Michigan state as well as 5 years of working as a Project Manager for a major General Contractor in Grand Rapids.
Emily Daniel, Office Manager
Emily manages office functions, including billing, payroll, and daily correspondence. Emily has assisted with administrative services from day one of the business. After working as a nurse for 15 years, she started her own janitorial business from which she has since retired.
Safety & Training
- Employee safety meetings are held bi-weekly.
- Meetings to review best practices and procedures for the heath and safety of all workers on Norm’s Roofing jobsites.
- Training of proper use of equipment, vehicles as well as the proper methods used to efficiently install roofs.
